Way better experience this time :). We sat in the bar area hoping for better service- and we got it! Our waitress was Heather. She was attentive and personable. She checked on us multiple times and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. We were so impressed with the meal here. Our food came out fast, hot and our drinks never went empty! We will definitely be back when visiting twin again!

First time we went there was no one to greet us for 5min. Then when seated no one waited on us for 5-10min. So we walked out. This time the greeter was on her cell phone when we walked in. The place stunk like fish and a dirty apartment. Also alot of the seats are ripped and look horrible I had the pleasure of sitting on one. Food was brought out in portions for some reason, don't know what was up with the kitchen crew. I would give zero stars but since I have to give one I give it to our waitress.

As others have mentioned the service here is painfully slow. We entered at 4 to a mostly empty restaurant but it still took 5 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge we were in the building, 3 of them walked by trying their best to avoid eye contact. Once seated we again had to wait but that gave me plenty of time to soak in the ambiance. I've never been in chills this messy used napkins and balled up sugar packets were all over the floor. The table two down from us was empty when we came in but never had its dishes bussed while we were there. The food was ok I've had better at other chili's but I've had worse. My order was wrong but since it was a burger I decided to just eat it rather then wait another 20 minutes. At shift change we got a new waiter and he seemed pretty decent but by that time I just wanted to pay and get out.

They scammed us. The waitress overcharged us. Instead of voiding the overcharge, she comped it, so it still tallied in the tip. Then their new billing machines at the tables, charged a tip for the whole bill. So she overcharged us for the tip. I won't go back to Chili's. She totally knew what she was doing, and has been doing this for a while. She's making lots of extra money.

Wish we had read the reviews before we went. We're greeted and seated right away but then we sat and sat. Gave waitress our order and she cleaned the table behind us before putting order in. Restaurant was quiet when we got there and very busy when we left, good luck to those people.

I like this Chili's. I am on a very restricted diet. Arianna (works in the bar area) recognizes me when I walk I and has my salad ready to go without much fuss. As an added bonus, they have wifi.

It is a Chilis. Same thing you expect at every Chilis. Painfully slow service. Waited 12 minutes at table to even be acknowledged and then when she came, she seemed surprised/annoyed we wanted to order our food, not just drinks. So going on 25 minutes now and still don't have the food. Over 35 minutes sitting here and still nothing to show for it but a coke. Not crowded either- it's 9pm on a Sunday night. Beyond frustrating. Will never be back.

We only had 45 minutes for lunch, we expected a lunch place to expect less than an hour for service. Just 2 off us ordered off of the Lunch special menu. In 30 minutes we finally got our soup; mine was OK, but my daughter's was not even warm. Now we are 40 minutes into our stay, I catch the waitress and let her know we need our orders to go. She was very apologetic, but still not in a hurry. On top of that, my daughters order was wrong and my flatbread tasted like a really bad frozen pizza. Never again will I do Chili's Twin Falls!!!! We could have done McDonalds for less than half of the price in way less time and had our order correct!!!!

Wait is unacceptable. We eat together as a family delivered 5 out of 6 then we waited 10 minutes. All food comes out at once. Pathetic. Salads came as food was being delivered a 1/2 hour after we ordered our food. You want chain food go to Applebees. This place consistently under delivers. Total joke.

Ate here twice while out and about. I am one of those people that love Chili's. It is down at least one star (should be more) because of food and service issues at this particular chain. It was not an isolated incident since I have eaten more than once here and saw the same results.

Very disappointing weeknight visit. Larger party, called ahead twice, both times were assured we would be seated quickly. When we arrived, the staff first told us they had not received our call, then told a they had, but did not have room. We were willing to wait, but they didn't want us to. Hostess told us she didn't know if we would ever be seated. We asked for the manager who we spoke to on the phone, we're told he wasn't then, then that he was, but he couldn't help us. We waited for a long time, dealt with a very, very rude hostess and manager, who told us on no uncertain terms to go somewhere else. We did. I cannot emphasize enough that during none of these exchanges were we rude or loud, just a little frustrated. After dealing with the manager we could only imagine the quality of the waitstaff. Do yourself a favor, skip the wait and chili's altogether. There are lots of other great and very accommodating sit down restaurants close.
